Vaita Prophecy became true on 18 June 1767 because countries came to invade New Zealand and started taking over New Zealand because New Zealand also known as Maori had Seals and Whales.

→ The Maori used it for an important reason; one was that they needed it to sail.

→ The hoe was also important because they also used it for spiritual importance

→ Maori had a long time trying to make more detail to the hoe.

  1. Tupaia (up until recently) and much more Polynesian history remains oral history (that means told by speaking). How can we ensure that this history is available to learn for future generations? Try to come up with at least 2 ways.

 

→ To teach the younger generation we could let them research more about Tupaia and let them read book more about Tupaia.
